Train participants to implement the Educational Management System on the network and in schools. The course “Managing for Results in Education” aims to teach the Method to improve and maintain the pedagogical results of the public or private educational organization (indicators of the school’s target activity) through a system of sustainable management based on effective leadership.
Based on the concept that a leader is someone who gets results through people and in the right way, the course covers how the manager-leader can fulfill his mission to direct resources and efforts under his responsibility for the survival of the private or public educational organization, considering the satisfaction of all its stakeholders.
The disciplined use of the method in its two cycles—Improve and Maintain results—makes it so that managers can achieve their goals and sustain the results without neglecting the growth of the team and the organizational climate.
The course is conducted by experienced consultants and supported by films from Prof. Vicente Falconi that are real lessons about the critical aspects of management and leadership. The support material consists of books related to the content, handouts with the material used, dynamic drills for fixation of what was learned, and exercises at every stage of the method based on case studies.
